MyFitnessBooking provides online business management software services designed specifically for businesses in the wellness industry (“Software Service”). You can access our Software Service via the login page under “business” or for end users under “User” on our Website.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a contract between you and MyFitnessBooking and govern your access to and use of any MyFitnessBooking website, or content (the “Site”), or any fitness, recreational, wellness, or other classes, experiences, activities, events, services, recordings, and/or products made available through MyFitnessBooking (collectively, “Classes”). Please read these Terms carefully before accessing and using the Site or Classes.

1. Terms

a) Acceptance of Terms: By accessing the Site or participating in Classes, or indicating your consent by clicking a button, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms.Your consent signifies a formal agreement. If you do not agree with these Terms, Please refrain stop using the site or attend any classes.

b) Amendment of Terms: MyFitnessBooking reserves the right to modify the Terms periodically. Unless a delayed effective date is specified, all amendments take effect upon the posting of updated Terms. Continued access to the Site or participation in Classes following such updates signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.

c) Additional Terms: Apart from these Terms, specific plans, offers, products, services, elements, or features may be subject to supplementary terms, conditions, guidelines, or rules. These additional terms, whether communicated by us, third parties, or through postings, become integral parts of the Terms. In cases of conflict between the additional terms and these Terms, the latter prevails. The MyFitnessBooking Privacy Policy is also included by reference.

2. MyFitnessBooking Platform

a) MyFitnessBooking Platform: MyFitnessBooking enables users to easily book appointments., purchase, access, and participate in a diverse range of fitness, health, and wellness services offered by fitness studios, gyms, trainers, venues, and various third-party providers. MyFitnessBooking is not a gym, health club, fitness studio, or any related establishment. It does not possess, operate, or supervise the classes or services provided by these third-party venues.

3. Booking

When you book a class, you agree to pay all charges associated with your booking, including the listing price, applicable fees such as MyFitnessBooking's service fee, taxes, and any other items identified during checkout, including third-party payment processing fees (e.g., Stripe's T&Cs) (collectively, the “Total Price”). In addition to these Terms, you are responsible for adhering to all terms of the reservation, including but not limited to the cancellation policy and any other rules, standards, policies, or requirements specified in the booking. It is your responsibility to read and understand these rules, standards, policies, and requirements before booking a class.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 General Refund Policy:

  • Class Bookings: Refunds for class bookings will be issued only if the class is canceled by the provider or if there is a significant change in the class details that you do not agree with. No refunds will be provided for missed classes or if you fail to attend a booked class.
  • Service Fees and Third-Party Payment Processing Fees: Service fees charged by MyFitnessBooking are non-refundable. Third-party payment processing fees (e.g., Stripe fees) are non-refundable.

5. Cancellation Policy

5.1 Consumer Cancellations:

  • To cancel a booking, you must contact the class provider directly. Each provider may have different terms and conditions regarding cancellations and refunds. If you cancel your booking within 48 hours of the scheduled class time, you will not be eligible for a refund. Any refunds granted will be subject to the provider's cancellation policy and will not include the non-refundable service fees and third-party payment processing fees.

5.2 Provider Cancellations:

  • If a class is canceled by the provider, you will receive a full refund of the class booking fee, excluding the non-refundable service fees and third-party payment processing fees. In some cases, the class provider may offer to arrange a place for you in a future class as an alternative to a refund. If you need additional support or assistance, please contact our customer service team.

6. Exceptions

6.1 Special Circumstances:

  • In exceptional cases, such as medical emergencies or other significant unforeseen events, you should first contact the class provider. If additional support is needed, please reach out to our customer service team.

7. How to Request a Refund

7.1 Contacting Customer Support:

  • For any refund requests, you should first contact the class provider directly to address your concerns. If you require further assistance, please contact our customer support team with your booking details and reason for the refund request. Our team will review your request and respond within 7 business days.

8. Changes to This Refund Policy

8.1 Updates:

  • MyFitnessBooking reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review this refund policy periodically to stay informed of any updates.

9. Stripe

Payment processing services for account holders on MyFitnessBooking are provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Terms of Service (collectively, the “Stripe Services Agreement”). By agreeing to these terms or continuing to operate as an account holder on MyFitnessBooking, you agree to be bound by the Stripe Services Agreement, as it may be modified by Stripe from time to time. As a condition of MyFitnessBooking enabling payment processing services through Stripe, you agree to provide MyFitnessBooking with accurate and complete information about you and your business, and you authorize MyFitnessBooking to share this information and transaction details related to your use of Stripe’s payment processing services.
